Message: I stumbled onto this site researching the Rendlesham UFO Incident. I was transferred from Bentwaters to 1264-1 AACS at Woodbridge and was there until Feb 59. We had our UFO incidents at Bentwaters in 56. An exciting and fun time.

Message: Served two great tours at Cripple Creek, first time around I was the Flight Facilities Clerk in the 2164th Comm Sq, came back to the 2164th in 1979 as First Sgt to the finest group of folks in the Air Force. Still in touch with Colonel Tony Cossa, Teddy Clarke, Phil Jankey, Frank Bartlett and Bob Abshire. Now retired and living the good life just 19 miles from the Pacific and 85 miles from Mount Rainier looking beautiful with its fresh snow.

Message: The best years of my life was at Bentwaters and the "Rainbow Pub" I worked on the flight line as a F-86-D crew chief. Capt. Roy Swagart was the Maint. Officer. Great Guy! Tuff but good! I transfered to Sembach with the 512th and returned to the states in 1959. I retired from the AF as a M/Sgt at Moody AFB, Ga in 1976. I would like to hear from anyone that went to Sembach with the 512th.

My dad, Tom Stewart, is on the far right of this picture. He doesn't remember the names of the other men. Tom was at Bentwaters from 1955-Dec 1957. The picture was either 1956-7.

Message I was with the 20th Field Maintance on location in the years of 1958-1961. It really was the best years of my life. I was young, dumb and ready for anything. On the base we supported the 79th and I worked with a great group of guys. Off base it was the best assignment a young guy could have. After two years I met and married the girl of my dreams and I must say we are still married. I could write a book on an England assignment. Maybe one day I will. There are a lot of people I am looking for, and I have some pictures of friends at the time to put on this file. They will come soon, but until then. Thanks for the website and to all who read it.
