Hello. Congratulations a superb site.
I was just looking at this building. I had my first job interview after leaving school in this building in 1985. I started work soon after and was there for 2 years, I still miss the place, and visit occasionally now. I worked for the PSA (Property Services Agency) but the Americans called us "People Standing Around!" (Government agencies subcontracted most "real work" out).

We used to drive around in a Fiesta Van and check the boilers were working properly, I can still remember all the people who I worked with (even though I was only 16 at the time). I still have my Base Entry Identification pass.
I wish I was as wise then as now, and realised just how cool it was to work on the bases.
